Let there be light
Snehagram, is a centre in Tamil Nadu established in 2009, that houses, educates and trains adolescents living with HIV to be resilient, discover their potential and achieve their dreams. These adolescents have demonstrated leadership at local, national and international levels and potential to positively influence the lives of their peers and policy makers.
The students at Snehagram, through effective engagement with their peers and elders, build their knowledge, skills and mindsets to lead a healthy and holistic life, towards achieving their potential. Their mentors are advocates of holistic living and are role-models by actively engaging in diverse roles both in health, education and HIV sector, towards enhancing the quality of life of children and people living with and affected by HIV.
